First let me explain what L.E.E. stands for. L stands for Lara, the first E stands for Elena, and the second E stands for Eva. We are three are best friends/cousins who love to cook and bake. When our parents went gluten free for health reasons, our love for GF cooking started. We do our best to use simple, fresh ingredients, and love to harvest fresh foods to use in our kitchen from our gardens.
