Okay, I love to kick back my feet in the summer and have a sweet treat. The best thing about this is that it is healthy. The date brings out all the flavor and a bit of sweetness.
yields- 2 glasses
time- 5 minutes
ingredients
1 banana
1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 date, pitted
1 cup cashew milk
directions
- put all the ingredients into blender
- blend on high for 2 minutes
- pour into cup and enjoy!!!
